It's time to start getting excited

The second-annual National High School Musical Theater Awards will begin in just under six weeks. As regional awards programs are in full swing across many parts of the country, finalists are currently being selected to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime program. The talented students who are chosen for the NHS Musical Theater Awards^TM will arrive in New York City on Wednesday, June 23, 2010, and depart on Tuesday, June 29, 2010. In between they’ll be participating in a week full of exciting master classes, musical theater workshops and, of course, the Jimmy^TM Awards. The awards ceremony, a celebration of all things musical theater, will take place in on Monday, June 28, 2010, at the Marquis Theatre on Broadway.

Don’t worry, though — you won’t have to wait until the end of June to join in on the fun of the NHS Musical Theater Awards^TM. There are plenty of ways for you to gear up for the Jimmy^TM Awards now and stay in the loop on all of the latest news about what’s in store for this year’s event.
